GAT Nitraflex Glycerol is a stim-free liquid pre-workout formula designed to enhance hydration, pumps, and performance with 20g glycerol per serving.

Key Ingredients

Each serving contains:

• Glycerol (20g) – promotes hyper-hydration and muscle pumps 
• Beta alanine (2g) – supports muscular endurance and reduces fatigue
• Betaine (2.5g) – aids strength and power output 
• Vitamin C (45mg as sodium ascorbate) – antioxidant support 
• Sodium (25mg) – electrolyte balance 
• Pink Himalayan salt, citric acid, purified water, cultured dextrose (MicroGard®), natural flavors – for taste, preservation, and hydration 
• The formula is unflavored and mixes easily with water or other beverages

Usage Instructions

• Beginner users: Start with 1/2 serving (1 tbsp) mixed with 12–16 fl. oz. of cold water, 20–30 minutes before training 
• Advanced users: Take 1 full serving (2 tbsp) with 24–32 fl. oz. of cold water or beverage of choice 
• Can be stacked with other pre-workouts if desired
