How do I use BBD?
Mix one serving of BBD with 250-400mls of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes prior to exercise. To assess your initial tolerance we always recommend starting with a half serving.
Each 15g serve contains a well rounded blend of stimulants, nootropics and pump ingredients.
