SUGGESTED SERVING SIZE:
Mix 28 grams (approx 1 rounded scoop) in 300ml of water. If a less sweet shake is preferred add an extra 50ml-100ml of fluid until desired sweetness is achieved. For best mixing results use a shaker, adding the fluid first then the powder. Shake vigorously until fully mixed. Best taken immediately after training but can be used anytime of the day to boost protein intake.
